1. Digital Products (Plugins, Assets, Animations)

All digital products are non-refundable once they have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
By purchasing and gaining immediate access to our digital products, you acknowledge and agree that you lose any statutory right to cancel once the download or access begins.
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Server incompatibility
• Failure to read product descriptions
• Lack of technical knowledge

2. Custom Plugin & Service Development

Custom development work follows a milestone-based payment structure. Refunds may be available for work that has not yet been started or completed.
However:

• Completed milestones are non-refundable.
• Work already delivered and approved is non-refundable.
• Time spent on development, testing, and consultation is billable and non-refundable.

If a project is cancelled midway, payment will be required for all completed milestones up to the cancellation date.
