Commands

/itemban ban <Item> - adds item to ban list
/itemban unban <item> - removes item from ban list
/itemban list - lists all banned items
/itemban reload - reloads config
/itemban limit <item> <value>
or
/itemban limit <item> <value> <player1, player2, ..>
